What's included in the custom design service?
Your custom design includes detailed floor plans, foundation plans, framing plans, electrical layouts, plumbing schematics, complete materials list, and building specifications. 3D renderings and additional services are available for an extra fee.
How long does the design process take?
Initial designs are typically completed within 7-14 business days. The total timeline depends on the complexity of your project and the number of revisions needed. Most projects are finalized within 3-4 weeks.
Can you modify existing plans instead of creating new ones?
Yes! We can modify any of our existing plans to better suit your needs. Modifications typically cost less than a full custom design and can often be completed faster.
Do you provide engineering stamps and permits?
We can arrange for structural engineering stamps through our network of licensed engineers for an additional fee. We do not handle permit applications, but our plans are designed to meet most local building codes.
What if I need more than 3 revisions?
Additional revisions beyond the included 3 are available for $150 per revision for minor changes, or $300 per revision for major layout changes.
